•Training and Recruiting national budget management and reconciliation responsibilities using Cognos, Excel, and SAP
•Manage external professional relationship (Workopolis, LinkedIn, Adecco, Mosaic) including contract negotiation coordination and billing process •Create and maintain internal relationships with key Procurement, Legal, Sales and Supply personnel
•Key point of contact for any internal or external HR questions that are escalated by the Labatt Contact Centre
•Assist in rewards (blueprint, compensation and benefits) analysis •Manage national recognition program (through Achievers) – analyze and maintain budget while assisting with an technological challenges
•Planned and executed internal events such as Labatt Lunch & Learn sessions, celebration parties, and the National 2012 People Team Conference
