Shaping the way AG evolves our HR processes and systems to meet the needs of our growing firm. In partnership with IT and internal stakeholders, evaluate current HR processes, technology and end user requirements to develop a HR technology roadmap in support of business priorities. Advise internal stakeholders on best practices for optimizing the use of existing HR tools and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and automation in HR processes. Own and manage the firm’s HR data, including governance of this data and protocols around its entry, integrity, and outflow. Create guidelines for data consistency and monitor integrity of data entered into HR systems, considering regulatory requirements as it relates to the handling of personal data. Work with HR teams entering data to ensure consistent application of best-practice protocols. Translate business objectives into solutions with clearly defined scope, timing deliverables, resources, and key measures of success.
Review releases for new functionality and to optimize existing processes; support feature releases, working with business users, IT, vendors, and other support teams to understand downstream impacts of system enhancements. Understand the dissemination of information from HR systems to other related systems and consider the downstream impacts of changes and enhancements to HR systems to other business processes. Scope, prioritize, plan, test and implement system changes and enhancements in partnership with IT, HR teams and external vendors. Oversee and involved with day-to-day operations and management of HR systems including troubleshooting issues and responding to queries from HR users.
