Understand the dissemination of information from HR systems to other related systems and consider the downstream impacts of changes and enhancements to HR systems to other business processes. Scope, prioritize, plan, test and implement system changes and enhancements in partnership with IT, HR teams and external vendors. Oversee and involved with day-to-day operations and management of HR systems including troubleshooting issues and responding to queries from HR users.
