Hello I am Dr Barbara Johnson. I have a Honorary Doctorate for Lifelong Learning. My focus is on Personal Development across 8 Dimensions of Life creating better lives, better decisions and better relationships. I am a Specialised Wellness and Trauma Counsellor and Life/Executive Coach assisting my clients to find their True Self and Unique Happiness through Meaning, Purpose and Fulfilment on a daily basis. We are TOLD that we have “to get on with life”, but we are not assisted in HOW to DO LIFE. Also, we do not realise the true EXPANSE of Life that makes us FULL, WHOLE, INTEGRATED Human Beings. This work is client-orientated and non-prescriptive. The journey of self-exploration is unique to each person. I have 23 years of experience working across all life circumstances, gender, ages and cultures. I am registered with ASCHP as a Specialist Wellness Counsellor, with EDL as an Attunement Practitioner and with Dr Viktor Frankl’s Institute as a Logotherapist.
