I also have an MBA from Boğaziçi University and a B.Sc in Aviation and Space Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. My core competencies include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and partners, ensuring compliance with international and local laws and regulations, managing disputes and claims, and providing advice and support to the management and project teams.
