The services provided spanned both crew and artist accreditation, crew and artist logistics, artist liaison and, crew and artist catering. Crew logistics can be broken down in to visas, flights, hotels, ground transport and shuttles. Artist logistics can be broken down in to visas, hotels, ground transport and police escorts. The role also included: - Managing contracts, budgets and relationships with suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders while also relaying this to, and working alongside, the wider event core team - Setting clear goals for the team and supporting the managers by communicating with them effectively, ensuring they had the necessary resource to achieve the goals set - Supporting the managers in dealing with any performance issues with team members and dealing with any escalations, gaining HR advice if needed. - Setting expectations for the managers post show reporting data to ensure it was up to the required standard, regularly checking that any required ongoing metrics were being kept up to date

Jun. 2018 - May. 2024Responsibilities for each include: Artist Liaison: - Act as a primary, onsite point of contact between the artist party and the clients, facilitating effective communication and negotiation to ensure client satisfaction - Provide support to artist parties throughout their time at the event, including support in ensuring dressing room and rider requirements are fulfilled as well as any further requirements such as the locking down of their set on stage - Cultivate and maintain rapports with touring personnel to keep them comfortable during their time at the event Accreditation: - Coordinate and implement event accreditation process, including registration, badge printing, and attendee tracking - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of accreditation procedures - Communicate accreditation requirements and procedures to event staff and volunteers - Resolve accreditation-related issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Staff Logistics: - Coordination of flights and visas for over 2000 international crew - Liaise with international travellers and advise on entry requirements/pre travel queries - Research and stay up to date with developments that can impact international travel including, but not limited to covid and entry restrictions - Coordinate weekly reporting requirements in collaboration with the client - Support the logging of costs, totals, and client figures - Maintain project records and files on Dropbox/One Drive Artist Logistics: - Overseeing all aspects of travel management including, visas, hotel bookings, catering, ground transport and even police escorts for tour personnel - Resolve logistical issues and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner to minimise disruptions to the touring parties - Knowledge of the local area to enhance the in-country experience of the touring party
