· Prioritize release scopes and refined product backlogs with Development and Product Management.
· Facilitate epic breakdowns into sprint-sized user stories and led backlog reviews with development teams.
· Author clear user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria and “definition of done.”
· Partner with UX teams to align technical requirements with user experience designs.
· Deliver product demos to internal and external stakeholders.
· Create and maintain documentation of configurations, processes, workflows in Visio, and system changes.
· Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business requirements.
· Create business process maps, use cases, and test plans to support development.
· Create test scripts for teams to run test cases and ensure system quality.
· Support agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and lessons learned.
· Ensure non-functional and functional requirements were captured and prioritized.
· Create, add, and maintain requirements in the ALM system.
