The Ecommerce side of Xbite comprises of Sales, Customer Relations and the Marketing teams which includes 35+ great team mates and with the growth of the business, clear vision and direction at company and department level are absolutely critical. As we continue on our huge growth trajectory, mine and my teams eyes are firmly set on expanding our reach across the globe through new and innovative platforms that put us in front of potential customers. Some successes are developing homeware brands from concept to £20m + the creation and leadership on top world ranking Amazon and eBay accounts. Our latest stage of company growth has meant we have had to adapt from our organic growth to one that is more in line with investorship. Formalising processes and transforming the business have been high on the agenda for the last 12 months. I am responsible for managing these brands and achieving YOY growth in every area. I am ultimately responsible for the entire marketing function of the business and some of my areas of focus include: - Brand development, web site traffic growth, web site UI and advertising revenue. - Management of 80+ social media accounts for all the companies brands across all major social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. - Use of analytics and real time information to review and optimise social media accounts to increase interactions, followers and brand exposure. - International affiliate program management across multiple networks including Affiliate Window, Commission Factory and DaisyCon. - Design B2C & B2B newsletters, using MailChimp to create, schedule and analyse e-mailers. - Perform split testing newsletters to optimise performance with the aim to increase open and click through rates and ultimately conversions. - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, promotions and competitions to increase online presence and brand awareness. - Responsible for the allocation of the marketing budget, including placing digital advertisements on online publications to drive traffic and increase sales.

Jun. 2012 - Oct. 2013Production Manager This role was the end to end running of a company in it's formative years, in the t-shirt printing and product personalisation space. With my speciality in marketing, business growth was driven through social media collaboartion, delivering some of the group companies first ever influencer marketing partnerships as well as creating local collections that resonated with communities. Famously my team managed to have a performer at Tramlines Festival wear one of our t-shirts which was a huge marketing achievement. The core of the business was t-shirts and I managed the team that were responsible for this as well as working on the artwork myself and with an agency. We executed brand collaborations and sponsored activity to achieve big name activity that was new to the business at the time and highly successful. Following a few months of rapid growth I specialised in the Sales & Marketing space for this business, allowing the production management to fall into an operational space as the demand for product grew. This involved developing a CRM, working with a new email service provider and launching our SEM stream.
