I am responsible for managing these brands and achieving YOY growth in every area. I am ultimately responsible for the entire marketing function of the business and some of my areas of focus include: - Brand development, web site traffic growth, web site UI and advertising revenue.
- Management of 80+ social media accounts for all the companies brands across all major social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube. - Use of analytics and real time information to review and optimise social media accounts to increase interactions, followers and brand exposure. - International affiliate program management across multiple networks including Affiliate Window, Commission Factory and DaisyCon.
- Design B2C & B2B newsletters, using MailChimp to create, schedule and analyse e-mailers.
- Perform split testing newsletters to optimise performance with the aim to increase open and click through rates and ultimately conversions. - Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, promotions and competitions to increase online presence and brand awareness. - Responsible for the allocation of the marketing budget, including placing digital advertisements on online publications to drive traffic and increase sales.
