I am an experienced SAP Leader with more than 20 years in SAP and IT — covering Project Management, Application Management and global template design. I have led SAP teams in Germany, Switzerland and Vietnam and delivered international transformation projects across multiple business areas. My expertise includes SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, FI/CO processes, system standardization, integration topics and driving end-to-end improvements across Finance and Operations. I combine hands-on SAP knowledge with strong leadership: coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring compliance and enabling efficient collaboration between Business, IT and global stakeholders. I enjoy taking ownership, solving complex system challenges and building sustainable SAP landscapes that reduce manual work and increase automation. I am currently expanding my knowledge in AI to create smarter automation and better system support for business teams.
