For demand planning forecasts, time-series forecasts using ARIMA, linear regression and statistical analysis were used. •Sales Support: Provided advice and recommendations on parts, accessories, outboards and major components based on availability and price to dealers •Order entry and order management – used Oracle ERP-based system to enter orders for parts and engines, including payment and freight terms.
