• Manage and ensure efficient and streamlined daily operations within general office operations, management & maintenance, co-ordinating office, and administration management, driving service delivery and staff management. • Project management: Assisting with Chairman, Consultant and internal sales customer deals, management of customer projects over a specified deal period, customers & prospects, execution of project schedules, reviews, and 30-Day plans for customers. Prepare activity reports as needed.
• Provide continuous training on Revenue Partner’s business case adaptation.
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners. • Co-ordinate daily correspondence, including telephonic calls, manage Chairman’s diary, and scheduling meetings, executive boardroom bookings, agendas, and minutes, and ensure that relevant documentation is available.
