Real HR is about what happens when HR stops being a function and starts acting like a force - for people, for progress, and for better workplaces. HR is NOT compliance. It’s coaching. It’s capability. It’s change. And sometimes the small stuff is the big stuff - because the real work of HR lives in the nuance, the cracks, and the decisions no one puts on a KPI dashboard. So let’s rethink what HR can be - when we choose progress over perfection, advocacy over avoidance, and realness instead of razzle-dazzle. Release Date: May 15, 2025
