• Interview team members from across our diagnostics businesses to understand the diagnostic market segments, customer types and product lines
• Determine additional VOC (Voice of Customer) needs. Partner with Product Mgmt & Marketing to determine best approach to obtain data (direct customer interviews, customer questionnaires through sales/customer service, leveraging existing data sources)
• Develop customer personas based on interviews & VOC including: Customer goals, frustrations, values, product lines of interest, preferred channels (social, third parties, etc). Modify existing persona templates as needed to work for the diagnostics business.
• Develop insights into customer behavior that can help inform campaign, brand, website and social media strategy
