Strategic and Organizational Contributions: Played a critical role in developing business strategies, with a special focus on CSR and ESG initiatives, which proved instrumental in acquiring multiple new clients. Exceptional Leadership and Team Retention: Known for my leadership and commitment to team satisfaction, I received an average rating of 9.5/10 from my direct reports in annual feedback surveys across areas like engagement, communication, and support and retained all team members.
