Under the client's SMO (Strategic Managed Outsourcing) agreement, my role as a consultant manager includes offering the following scope of services:
• Comprehensive Talent Management Strategy: Develop and implement a holistic talent management strategy aligned with the client's business objectives. This includes identifying talent needs, creating competency frameworks, designing performance management systems, succession planning, and career development programs.
• Learning Process Outsourcing (LPO) Engagement: Provide end-to-end management of the client's learning processes. This involves outsourcing various aspects of learning and development, such as curriculum design, content development, training delivery, assessment and evaluation, and learning analytics.
• Learning Management System (LMS) Implementation: Assist in the selection, customization, and implementation of a Learning Management System tailored to the client's specific requirements. This includes defining the system architecture, configuring modules, migrating existing content, and ensuring seamless integration with other HR and business systems.
