> conceptualizes, develops, and implements new features to the existing RIB
> coordinates and collaborates with the different departments to ensure that we provide the retail bank clients', a good quality, highly-secure internet banking facility
> handles the users' acceptance test (UAT) and live testing, periodically and as needed
> handles major RIB concerns of the clients
> RIB Projects Handled: (A) Singe Sign-On (SSO) project - merging of BDO Unibank's and BDO Consumer Lending's (BDO Credit Card) internet banking facilities into just one (1) unified access, and ensured a smooth transition of the existing clients' accounts to the new SSO channel - handled post-implementation issues or concerns of the overall RIB channel - ensured that "birth pains (bugs or fixes" are dealt with properly and fast (B) Inclusion of Bills Payment Merchants - tests, implements and ensures that new merchants are included in RIB and that reports generated reflect the correct volume per day and month (C) other fixes and integration of enhancements (you may coordinate with me for details)
