Oversaw and administered a 61M Euro budget, directed and led 800 employees in the Moscow office, and launched and built a team of 150 employees in St. Petersburg. • Tapped to serve as a Member of the Bank’s Russia Executive Management Board. • Wielded influence over the development of 50+ global front office applications spanning Equity Trading, Foreign Exchange, Credit, Rates, and Fixed Income; ensured systems were agile, responsive, and poised to address the complex demands of a rapidly evolving financial landscape. • Assisted in evolving the Bank’s global sourcing strategy; built upon success in Russia and conceptualized and executed the expansion of additional centers in the United States and Eastern Europe. Transitioned internal software engineering responsibilities from corporate headquarters into dedicated centers. • Played a vital advisory role in the establishment of new captive development centers in the Research Triangle of North Carolina and in Pune, India; results underscored the global impact of the approach and amplified the reach of technology. • Led the creation of multiple groundbreaking platforms, including “Autobahn” FX Electronic Trading platform, which was named the winner of the Financial News award for “Best Single Dealer Platform 2012,” SuperX dark pool liquidity platform, “Arina” global cash equities execution platform, and XOL online market for equity derivatives trading platform.
