Serves as an internal process and performance improvement consultant and educator to internal clients including department managers and hospital administration. Utilizes industrial and systems engineering tools and techniques together with other proven improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma, as needed. Serves as a coach/mentor, role model, and change agent to Capital Health management in assessing and identifying their own performance improvement needs and opportunities as well as drive improvements and sustain results.
