William Cunningham serves as the Head of Technology Operations at Rebar Systems, a New York–based technology solutions provider specializing in high-performance trading platforms and infrastructure for the financial services industry. In this role, he leads teams in optimizing critical systems, streamlining operations, and ensuring the resilience of complex trading environments.
In addition, William is the Founder and CEO of STP Partners LLC, a Delaware-registered holding company through which he develops ventures at the intersection of technology, media, and family innovation. Over the past 25 years, he has built and scaled global technology organizations, including launching and managing Deutsche Bank’s development centers in Russia, Romania, India, and the U.S., contributing to Endava’s international growth and IPO trajectory, and pioneering digital platforms at Turner/Time Warner, such as CNN.com, CartoonNetwork.com, and TCM.com.
He holds a B.S. in Mathematics from Loyola University and a B.A. in Philosophy from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven in Belgium.
