I am a professional graphic designer and communication strategy executive with 25+ years of specialized experience in the oil and gas industry, focusing on HSE. My career journey began as a founding member of the pioneering team behind the establishment of Petroleum Safety and Environmental Services Company. The company was spun out and backed by the Ministry of Petroleum. It is the cornerstone of the Egyptian Petroleum Sector, dedicated to HSE studies, consultancies, training, and oil spill response. From its foundation in 1996, I played a significant role in shaping its vision and mission. As a founding team member, I contributed to its strategic planning and early development stages, witnessing its transformation from a visionary concept into a thriving reality. My formal association started at the end of 1997 when I joined the company as a junior staff member, marking the beginning of a dedicated journey. Over these 25 years, I have demonstrated unwavering commitment, dedication, and loyalty to PETROSAFE. As my career progressed within PETROSAFE, I assumed increasing responsibility and leadership roles. At the pinnacle of my tenure, I held the position of Assistant G.M. within the Marketing and Business Development team, where I was responsible for organizing high-impact events that served as a cornerstone for its presence. Beyond event management, I played a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our online presence, overseeing social media pages, contributing to website design, and managing the communication strategy at industry conferences. I created and designed various printing materials, combining creativity and industry expertise to produce compelling visuals and content writing that conveyed its commitment to HSE excellence. However, life presented a new chapter when my family and I made the decision to relocate to the US.
