•researching consumer markets, monitoring market trends and identifying potential areas in which to invest, based upon consumer needs and market trends (according to Nielsen retail audit, CAST, brand-related researches)
• new product launches, current product upgrades (idea argumentation, packaging designs, including shape, size, colours, fonts and imagery and product specification)
• product packaging production participation and quality control
• creative agencies and other suppliers breifing for support toolbox development (visibility, BTL, digital channels) • monitoring product distribution and consumer reactions through focus groups and market research • co-ordinating the launch programme to external customers as well as employees • P&L analysis
