•Working with the CRM Manager, UK & IE to develop annual promotional objectives, plans and budgets. •Ensuring that CRM plan includes monthly promotional email testing, exploring areas where response and revenue can be optimised for maximum return, eg. Subject line, personalisation, and different offer (A/B) testing. Build close relationship with Country Managers to deliver localised input into planning calendar, such as local events or seasonality.
•Developing offers and promotions, building business cases and pricing models, working with vendors to manage uplift and discount structure.
•Working with Social agency and bloggers to increase engagement with Snapfish via contests
•Managing Twitter account, providing community management, escalating to Customer Services where required
•Working with Vendor Operations to develop all packaging and collateral materials CRM
•Creating and managing all email, on-site and direct mail campaigns, from copywriting, offer development, briefing design agencies to email proofing, code testing and communication to vendor and Customer Services. •Responsible for tracking and reporting all CRM activity on a regular basis, using this to make recommendations for updating CRM plans •Building upon and administering outbound email and online promotion systems, working with email provider. Constantly looking for ways to improve marketing processes which will deliver improved efficiencies, the output resulting in ROI to the business.

•Planning and managing execution of push-notification via native mobile app
