Oct. 2014 - Jun. 2018Provided one-on-one technology project support for a $12 million dollar state contract that included managing customer training, facilitating annual on-site training to local school districts, and hosting weekly customer meetings to review changes in technology or product development. During test administrations, I managed communications with school districts to assist with customer support needs, questions on product functionality, and making routine visits to schools with challenging network infrastructures.
Collaborated with internal functional teams on product releases, which required rigorous internal testing to ensure the best quality of products and services were delivered to the customer. Identified and analyzed software problems, following scope-of-work, while maintaining contract specifications, and release timeline.
Single-handedly supported the development, and delivery, of 32 training modules that covered all aspects of computer-based testing. These modules were designed so the end user could easily locate a video tutorial that demonstrates how to perform tasks within Pearson’s testing products. Modules were developed using software products iSpring Suite, Camtasia, and PowerPoint. Some modules were published to YouTube in an initiative to make the modules as accessible to users as possible.
