SADC Protocol on Gender and Development campaign - Developing various campaign materials including, including pamphlets and fact sheets as well as analysis of changes made to the draft Protocol at the various stages of development. Management tasks • Strategic planning for the programme and organisation. • Management and oversight of country facilitators in seven countries and various consultants, including conducting interviews and performance evaluations. • Multi donor financial planning, management and reporting including EU (CAGE), DANIDA, DFID, Mott Foundation, OSISA, NCA. • Developing monitoring and evaluation tools and mechanisms to assess impact of programme work including tracking sheets, scorecards and databases. • Writing proposals and tenders including preparing comprehensive budgets. • Presentations on gender and governance at various workshops and conferences. • Website and content management, which involves updating the governance section of the website regularly and ensuring that it is informative and easy to navigate. • Manage governance publications and tracking distribution thereof.
