• Provide fractional HR and compliance consulting services to small and mid-sized organizations across multiple U.S. states.
• Review and validate AI-generated HR content, including policies, handbooks, and job descriptions, ensuring accuracy, multi-state compliance, and alignment with business operations while mitigating organizational risk.
• Advise business leaders on the appropriate use of AI in HR processes, including policy development, hiring workflows, and employee communications, ensuring responsible and compliant implementation.
