Oct. 2020 - Dec. 2023o Identify, manage, and coordinate resolution of data governance and quality issues, and assist in definition and framing of data issues and solution alternatives. o Incorporate the bank’s data quality management policies into planning, building and running domains of enterprise IT, as well as conducting a monitoring role to assess adherence to the policies. o Recommend corrective action plans and improvements in the resolution of non-compliance with data quality standards detected through monitoring and auditing of processes and procedures. o Rolling-out Data Strategy solutions to stakeholders and guiding the business in drawing report formats and advice on the best approach to ensure achievement of their expectations o Identification of problems and work towards resolving them by thinking laterally, and identifying and implementing improved work practices. o Support the data management office and data stewards to ensure data assets comply with all governance and protection policy, regulations, agreements, and business rules. o Support the data protection office in implementation of the Azure Information Protection tool through facilitation of trainings to staff across the bank network. o Evangelize the concept of “data as an asset” and the value of understanding the quality of data. o Achieve results through follow-up of projects through to completion, monitoring project progress, managing priorities, committing to achieving quality outcomes, adhering to documentation procedures, and seeking feedback from stakeholders to gauge satisfaction. o Engage stakeholders in data governance to understand the bank's enterprise data and information needs Communicates with influence, confidently presenting communications in a clear manner. o Prepare data and information for making regular report data analysis and perform data analysis for complex data and files.
