• Reaching out to talented professionals in regions such as the USA, Canada, South America (Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Uruguay, etc.), Europe (Germany, France, Portugal, Poland, Italy, etc.), Africa (Morocco, Tunisia), and Asia (Lebanon, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan). • Conducting thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization and the specific project requirements.
• Using Jira to manage candidate pipelines, update candidate profiles, and maintain recruitment data.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive analysis to make informed recruitment decisions and remain competitive in the job market.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to create accurate and compelling job descriptions that effectively communicate the responsibilities and requirements of open positions.
• Managing salary negotiations and offer approval in coordination with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Contributing to building a strong employer brand by showcasing the company's values, culture, and career opportunities to potential candidates.
• Cultivating strong relationships with candidates and maintaining regular communication to nurture talent pipelines.
• Adhering to all relevant recruitment ethical standards throughout the recruitment process.
• Exploring new geographical markets for talent sourcing and recruitment opportunities to support the company's international growth.
