Inspired a transformation in performance from -3% growth to +2%. ► Developed and implemented leading class business insight processes and tools to enable the sales and marketing organization and senior leadership team take informed decisions around pricing, resource allocation, operational efficiencies and the development of marketing campaigns. ► Delivered accurate financials to the European group by managing forecasting for $100M+ on a period by period basis, leveraging relationships with marketing and the field. ► Improved business performance by building and executing on a robust business case for moving to a direct surgical sales force in the GTA and bypassing distributors altogether. Partnered with legal counsel to facilitate the non-renewal of a distributor and secured funding to create direct sales force. ► Increased accountability and coaching performance by building a Sales Training team and leveraging the Integrity Training platform for the Advanced Wound Management Division. Interim Contracts Manager (June 2018 to Sept. 2018) ► Chosen by a member of the senior leadership team to take ownership of a critical customer-facing role within the company on a temporary basis. Responded to 3 RFP’s and won a contract worth $3.2M. ► Successfully executed on rebate reporting requirements to upwards of 20 organizations with limited data on all existing contracts. Partnered with the general manager to restructure the department and led recruitment efforts to identify and secure talented team members.
