Recover and re-implement failed Dynamics AX 2012 implementation;
Project manage Australian component of a global Dynamics AX implementation; Create and manage collaborative plans to support delivery of projects on time, within budget and scope;
Complete budgetary responsibility inclusive of forecast, management, reporting, CAPEX and OPEX.
Configuration of WAX and TRAX solution to facilitate supply chain business requirements;
Engagement, selection, and management of Microsoft partner, assigned activities and tasks; Creation and management of the strategic application road map for future IT initiatives relating to Chobani Australia;
Ensure business needs/expectations are met and the project is completed within established project budgets and timelines; Configuring required modules of Dynamics AX 2012 for the Australian template; Management of all stages of the project lifecycle inclusive of steering committee and stake holder presentation, executive presentation, project reporting, planning, budgeting, requirements gathering, documentation, solution design, configuration, data migration, testing, training, go-live and post go live transition to support; Manage the performance of project team members who are either direct or non-direct team members;
Lead, manage and execute IT business projects engaging people, process, risk plans and technology transformations;
Manage change and support programmatic change with an understanding of the implications new or corrected strategies will have on the day to day cross-functional operations of the business;
Leverage internal resources and external technology alliance partners to architect and integrate technology components that will be required as a part of the solution; Lead implementation discussions – internal and external;
Effectively prepare for, participate in and follow-up on business meetings and capture key and/or critical meeting minutes and action items;
