This responsibility is inclusive of planning, budget, communication planning, process re-engineering, change management, hardware, software and system selection initiatives;
Development of detailed, accurate risk mitigating project plans complete with associated scope, budget, resource utilisation and WBS integration;
Delivering well-structured executive level documentation and associated PMO documents such as business case, scope, budget, forecast, Project plan/plans and supporting project portfolio reports;
Experience leading ERP Implementation projects from Initiation / Planning through to Deployment following structured project methodologies and process that is aligned with business requirements;
Scope, acquire, build, negotiate and manage third party relationships;
Contract negotiation experience inclusive of scope, conditions, penalties and deliverables relating to service/solution delivery and software implementation partners;
Strong experience with Dev Ops and the way it should be used.
