• Feedback on quality management to agents-RQ (response quality) scoring and client feedback • Co-ordination for sales reports –WFM (Internal & Client Reports), uploading data to the clients’ remote server after converting raw data and reports into various formats, also handled VOI complaints for a period of over six months
