Originaly I started as a Pharmacy Technician as such pharmacy, but after focusing a lot in software development (as a hobbie) I decided to go back to school and graduated with a "QAT certificate" and work for Insperity in software testing; A side of being a Pharmacy Technician.
In my role as an app tester, I focused on identifying and resolving pharmacy software glitches, evaluating the digital platforms to improve functionality, and enhancing the user experience to ensure smooth, efficient operations for both customers and staff.
I Worked closely with insurance processes, helping to verify coverage, resolve claim issues, and streamline transactions involving prescription benefits. Also, I manage two dispensary machines for better and accurate Rx results.
On the customer service side, I assisted clients with inquiries, processed transactions, resolved issues, and provided guidance on products and services with professionalism and empathy.
This combination of technical expertise, insurance knowledge, and interpersonal skills allowed me to contribute significantly to the pharmacy’s operational efficiency while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
