Mar. 2021 - Oct. 2023As the Program Director, I am responsible for all staff from Adult Training Programs, Youth Arts, and Front Desk Attendants. I work directly with the Executive Director in terms of strategy and process implementation for all aspects of the non-profit. In addition, I am responsible for all budgets, bill payment approvals, auditing timecards, processing payroll, maintaining complete and meticulous student records for PA Department of Education (PDE) Private Licensed Schools (PLS) audits, licensing new programs, maintaining current licensed programs, filing required state reports for PLS, and analyzing data from our Youth Arts programs to identify program and staffing needs. A main component of the position is strategic marketing development, creation, and implementation via all media outlets, as well as developing and maintaining HopeCAT's website and social media pages. Lastly, I directly coordinate internal logistics for the organization, maintaining a master calendar for all programming and events both inside and outside of the organization.
