Engaged PeopleSoft ERP to enhance efficiencies. Key Achievements: Led consolidation of multiple unique division systems into a core business application serving the entire enterprise. Successfully delivered multiple corporate acquisition data integration projects, accelerating operational efficiencies while minimizing business interruption. Directed design and migration of legacy application to PeopleSoft ERP, engaging core team and users to perform program and technical reviews. Decommissioned legacy mainframe applications, terminating outsource and third party relationships. Oversaw archival of multi-decade historical records, managed decommissioning schedule, and created a formal decommissioning lock box of key final backups and artifacts. Saved company many millions of dollars with the opening of a shared services center, strategically managing sourcing, qualification, vendor selection processes, and new shared business processes. Launched new internet billing application, reducing DSO by greater than 67%. Reduced significantly the operating costs of cash application by designing and deploying an enterprise wide consolidated lockbox and automated cash process.
