I supported a team of 8-10 engineers and expanded the availability of Hibernation from 7 instance types across 2 operating systems 46 instance types across 11 operating systems including Windows, Ubuntu and RedHat, and introduced Hibernation to ARM architectures in addition to existing Intel x86 based architectures. I drove communications with internal and external customers that I used to shape our product’s long-term feature roadmap and deliverables. I collaborated with engineering leaders from our partner teams to coordinate the resourcing, planning, prioritization, and technical execution of our objectives. I was responsible for the hiring, performance management and career growth of engineering leaders in my organization through mentoring, coaching, and aligning individualized training plans based on their career goals. Together, we delivered high-quality, innovative, and maintainable software solutions for our customers. I worked to ensure we applied the highest standards when it came to engineering practices, design principles and operational visibility, and the continuous improvement of the same.
