I’m in the foundational phase of building a competitive and development-focused junior hockey program designed to prepare players for the next level—whether that’s collegiate, junior, or professional hockey. Key Responsibilities & Vision: • Leading recruitment efforts to identify and attract players eligible for junior hockey who are eager to grow, compete, and elevate their hockey résumés. • Developing a season-long program focused on skill development, game IQ, physical conditioning, and character growth—both on and off the ice. • Coaching with a purpose: creating a structured but supportive environment that prioritizes development while building a winning culture. • Working closely with league personnel and stakeholders to represent team interests and contribute to the broader growth of the CAJHL. • Supporting players with guidance, exposure opportunities, and mentorship to help them reach their highest potential and play at the most competitive levels available to them.
