Key Accomplishments: 1) Performed 229 events in one year with a small $200 expense. Outcome: impacted 22,990 current/potential members. 2) Scheduled a guest speaker on breast cancer awareness and detection. Outcome: a staff member was screened for breast cancer which led to an early diagnosis and treatment. 3) I pitched to an event promoter an oral health topic to be presented during a baby shower event. Outcome: superior branding exposure for Humana Medicaid over the competition, at no additional cost to the health plan.
