Jan. 2007 - Jan. 2008The Operations Readiness Program Manager (ORPM) is responsible to deliver an agreed charter - scope and plan based on pre-sales solutions that are further validated @ Program Initiation phase. Operations Readiness for Standard / General Release Services ie. Existing capabilities Customisation tasks aligned to customer contract e.g. Process, procedures Aligned and synchronised to transformation schedule Agreed with CSD & Program Director Manages budgeted, dedicated and shared OR Program ‘build’ resources Project Mgt. & Process resources from OCO or functions e.g. TOC, TPV. SME’s assigned by GPO / MSC Management etc. Supports as a ‘build’ management escalation level to the Account Business Unit Program Director and Project Managers to achieve solutions, in relation to Operations.
