I have experience working directly with the CEO in my previous role to reshape the onboarding process, succession plan and leadership development. I also collaborated with them to film a Podcast around the business and entrepreneurship. I have worked with operation managers globally to understand the needs of their teams and deliver the relevant support, coaching and training. I supported the opening of new branches in Singapore where I coordinated the welcome, onboarding and technical training for all colleagues and Managers. I was tge single point of contact for L&D in my previous role, therefore I had to create the L&D strategy as well as implementing it. I also prepared a budget and proposal for a new LMS System which was approved and which I project managed to a successful integration, with engagement at 80%.
