Strengthened organizational culture through values-based leadership and inclusive talent development. Realigned departmental teams and introduced performance management systems, resulting in improved efficiency, morale, and service delivery across outreach, child care, and family support functions. Oversaw 43 staff across social services, family counseling, HR, PR, finance, child education, and satellite operations. Modernized recruitment, HR, and contracting policies, laying the foundation for long-term organizational health. Expanded public-private partnerships and diversified funding streams, securing a significant increase in donations within 90 days. Acquired and established a new Youth Centre through strategic capital investment, co-designed with youth to deliver leadership and development programming. Actively engaged with high-ranking military officials including the Chief of Defense Staff and senior NCOs, advocating for enhanced family support, spouse education, and community well-being programs.
