● Sets goals for human resources and administrative affairs.
● Supervises all works related to human resources and administrative affairs, including planning, scheduling, and organizing activities such as meetings.
● Carries out employee performance evaluation and implements the necessary actions. ● Manages the office and supervises the collection and documentation of all data and documents and everything related to work and keeping data in electronic and paper format.
● Follows up on implementation of key decisions and policy guidelines.
● Follows up on implementation of contracts, legal issues, and lawsuits, and ensuring entity compliance with laws and regulations.
