Served as the account service lead for The Tombras Group’s Charleston office, supporting 4 owner/operators. Provided crisis management for the Co-Op. Developed and managed the Co-Op's media and non-media budgets, including tracking and reporting. Created and implemented fully integrated annual marketing plans and promotions. Aligned PR and social media execution with the media calendar to drive awareness, trial, brand advocacy, and consumer engagement; collaborated with radio, TV, print, digital, and OOH outlets to produce unique content. Ensured consistency in messaging and branding across all campaigns. Developed competitive action plans, new restaurant grand opening plans, and product launches.
Directed the strategy and execution of McDonald’s Co-Op sponsorships. Coordinated and executed 20+ LSM event activations and community outreach events annually.
Hired, trained, and supervised street teams. Provided PR, creative, and fundraising support for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Charleston, SC.
Managed content for the @McDonaldsCHS Twitter account to engage local audiences and influencers.
