ONLINE SALES VIA OWN ONLINE SHOP
• Setting up the structure and functionality of the Cristalica online shops, presenting a vast array of glass & crystal items, jewelry, customizable articles (a portfolio of over 10,000 articles)
• Overseeing the programming of the sites and checking the functionality of the shops, liaising with the internal implementation team and the nearshore partner
• Outlining online & offline promotion of the shops via own and/or external methods
• Setting up promotion campaigns, policies and negotiating contracts
• Setting up a pricing scheme and allocation to the customer groups
• Overseeing the Magento backend, the multistore platform on which all the shops are hosted
• Overseeing, checking and implementing the article management system – descriptions, attributes, categories, pricing, stocks, images, 360º representations
• Overseeing orders, managing complaints, tracking deliveries, communicating with customers
• Preparing and implementing SEO optimization processes
• Reporting on sales, budgets, views, visitors, reach, etc.
ONLINE SALES VIA ESTABLISHED MARKETPLACES (AMAZON, EBAY)
• Choosing the article assortment to be offered, the prices and necessary information for listing these products on the respective marketplaces
• Creating and checking the CSV files needed for automatic listing of the items
• Overseeing orders, managing complaints, tracking deliveries, communicating with customers
DIRECT SALES
• Running the department, assignation of tasks within the team and checking the results
• Searching for B2B customers, negotiating contracts and contractual terms
• Councelling clients
• Overseeing contract evolution, issuing quotes and tracking payments
