- Support in the execution of marketing campaigns including visual design, material creation, and messaging around the topics of digital solutions - Formulate creative briefs to drafting copy and conceptualizing visual assets that will be utilized for in-bound marketing and communication by worldwide commercial teams - Develop and execute internal communication programs, messages, and content, to support an efficient communication of departmental values, products, solutions, and services
- Actively contribute to the development of strategic material (newsletters, presentations) for the Digital function - Drive the production of internal videos or animations from concept through final delivery including filming setup, editing, and posting - Leverage and maintain the Digital social platforms and intranet pages and continuously develop exciting content to engage employees
- Organize internal events (town halls, webcasts, lunch and learn sessions, meetings, morale events, off-sites, and workshops) - Actively contribute to the logistics needed during PMI Science Lounge at Creativity Festival Cannes Lions 2018 (PMI Science Lounge)
