• Prior to Production environment graduation, incorporate Training department to prepare for appropriate delivery timelines and communication
• Manage production delivery pipeline to meet priority business needs and work with business leaders to assign correct priorities as needed by all channels • Experienced in working closely with customers to meet specific Punchout or Web B2B Requirements
• Spec’d and delivered code for 97 projects between August of 2014 and April 2015, with three months of that time dedicated to acquisition customers requiring specific development needs and direct work with the customer (Houston Fire, Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police, Mecklenburg Sheriff, Broward County Sheriff, Miami Police Department, and Guilford County Sheriff) collectively representing approximately 20 Million in contract business annually
• Provided on-site support for all programs listed above with all programs now self-service via our programming solutions, thus freeing up sales to seek new opportunities of the same magnitude
