I crafted press releases, led media outreach, and organized PR events, strengthening the company’s presence in wealth management, private banking, and investments. I worked closely with internal teams to align messaging and monitor press opportunities, driving a cohesive brand narrative.
Previously, at Lonza, as Organizational Change Communication Manager, I supported IT transformation initiatives, enhancing employee engagement and ensuring seamless integration through targeted internal communication strategies.
