Build relationships with clients, mainly companies from Western Europe – UK, Germany, France, Finland and Denmark. Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment. Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and place adverts in a wide range of media (e.g., newspapers, websites, magazines, social media). Headhunting - identify and approach suitable candidates. Complete a search of the candidate database to find the right person for the employer’s vacancy. Receive and review applications, manage interviews and short-list candidates. Request references and check the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the employer. Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question. Prepare CV’s and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants. Organise interviews for candidate as requested by the client, event management and organise clients visits to Bulgaria. Inform candidates about the results of their interviews. Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalise arrangements between client and candidates. Offer advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression. Assist both the clients and candidates with the required paperwork – professional registrations, work permits, visas, etc. Work with specialised recruitment software - Chameleon-i, Oracle - TBE, Arsmedia - Coveto. Review recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment process.
