Expertly supervised shipping and receiving, distribution of goods/materials to various sites/locations daily. Effectively utilized the inventory valuation methods, FIFO (First-In, First-Out), LIFO (Last-In, First-Out), and this reduced wastage and damages by 95%, preventing goods from going bad or getting expired. • Used warehouse management system (WMS) Software to reconcile daily inventory levels, optimized space utilization, and streamlined processes like picking, packing, and shipping. This accelerated quick and easy movement of goods, which improved efficiency and reduced cost. Again, enhanced productivity, and eventually, profitability by 90%. • Was responsible for answering the telephone and relaying all calls and messages. Scheduled and confirmed all appointments on time. Monthly reports on activities were prepared on time for all stakeholders’ perusal and approval.
