I fully managed the Cornerstone LMS, recommending what tools are best to use for each Learning intervention, as well as being the first point of contact for the global capability team and learners. I had over-view and supported the transition of the IT Infrastructure services to Bangalore, putting Governance and process in place and providing training where and when necessary. Contributing to the development and design of learning materials, including e-learning courses for audiences of up to 7000 learners. This involves working with authoring tools such as Ispring and Articulate 360 as well as engaging with external vendors when necessary. Setting up reporting and excel dashboards to track training progress and managing evaluation of results. I successfully led a system transfer from CSOD to Workday learning, moving several hundreds of learning items and leaving thousands behind, based on a set of guidelines which we created partnering with SME and Capability Managers.
