Established all program & project management standards, tools and governance processes. Defined system business requirements, workstream plans, and operational processes including support, training and change management • Regularly presented multi- year product roadmap to firm senior management and stakeholders. Served as product manager for all data on- boarding projects, including new data visualizations, metrics dashboards, automated management scorecards, ad-hoc / event based reporting and numerous platform innovations and functionalities • Built a motivated PMO staff through effective leadership practices focused on continuous communication, timely coaching and regular 1: 1 feedback Established a progressive learning environment to build PMO resource skill sets and mentor junior team members
