· Responsible for the day-to-day effectiveness of the scheduling applications in partnership with site and corporate operations, data base administrators and integration team
· Maintain all configurable elements within the software applications, including organization maps, allowable labor hours, standards, schedule rules, meal breaks, labor law requirements, etc.
· Develop and maintain configurations for new, re-modeled, closed, and re-aligned locations. · Validate weekly volume at division, district, location, and department level as needed to achieve reasonable weekly schedules.
· Interface with corporate, field, and department heads to communicate business requirements.
· Triage, communicate and resolve scheduling issues.
· Support project initiatives that affect the scheduling program
· Respond to field management and help desk inquiries/issues within SLA timeframes.
· Provide feedback on performance, integration, and reporting issues.
· Serve as the central contact within the company to report and follow-up with vendor support on problems encountered while using the scheduling systems (includes maintaining documentation and problem/case log)
· Participate in the coordination of integration services, product updates, change requests and application support.
